Key Responsibilities

Supervising MIS, Costing function to ensure delivery efficiency in terms of quality & timelines
Inventory valuation as per the standards
Handling cost audit and related reports
Gathering budget proposals from departments and compilation of Master Budget
Implementation of ERP: Enhance and improve usage of ERP, decrease manual intervention
Forecasting and tracking of Business Performance periodically
Implementing, monitoring and maintaining Product costing and Standard costing Systems
Product wise profitability
Working capital management
Monitoring and reporting of the production efficiency
Define and monitor KPI; creating dashboards for the management
Maintain a strong and relevant Management Reporting Framework through MIS and Analytics
Analyze and track operational performance and pursue Operational Excellence
initiatives to improve Business Performance
Collaborating with team, Sharing knowledge and guiding the team for functional and
professional development
Networking with peer groups internally and externally
