Job description

Design, develop and unit testing of Embedded OS device driver / Linux device drivers

Education

BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science or in Electronics preferred with proven success in a challenging academic program.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, unit test and documentation of the device driver for ARM SoC.
Bring up the driver and unit test the driver features in the new ARM SOC.
Optimize the driver for maximum performance.
Bug analysis/fixing of the issues during product verification stage and customer reported issues.

Skills/Experience

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in developing driver development with a record of strong individual technical achievement
Strong programming skills in C and Linux experience.
Device driver or board support package (BSP) knowledge or development experience.
Must have hands on experience in developing the device drivers.
Experience in development of RDK-B and Yocto build framework.
Must have hands on experience in solving complex system issues with good problem-solving skills and debugging skills using Hardware debuggers.
Analytical and problem solving skills, debugging skills for system as well as subsystem level issues
Should be able to work in aggressive, high pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills.
