Position – how you’ll contribute

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our client during a maternity leave cover. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salesforce Administration: Perform core administrative tasks within Salesforce.
  • User Support: Provide high-quality user support during working hours (9:00-17:00 GMT), clearly communicating technical issues and solutions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure continuous platform efficiency.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve incoming support tickets using Jira, prioritizing effectively.
  • Multitasking with Professionalism: Handle multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining a calm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Contract Type: Fixed-Term (6 months, with possibility of extension).

Qualifications
