NATURE AND SCOPE

CeriFi is a diversified education, training, and certification provider serving professionals across the financial, legal, and accounting services markets. As a Mid-Market Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, driving renewals, and uncovering expansion opportunities.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients. You will focus on building strong relationships, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts across CeriFi verticals
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Own the renewal process and exceed retention goals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning client goals with CeriFi’s solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and seamless service delivery
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and client health
  • Attend select industry events and client meetings as needed



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a client-focused professional with a strong track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive retention and growth across a portfolio of mid-market clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working effectively in a team setting, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

  • 3+ years of B2B account management or client success experience
  • Experience working with mid-market clients in the financial or professional education industries is preferred
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships and exceed retention targets
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree required

Salary Description
$55K - $65K w/bonus potential between $30K-$40K.
