HOW YOU’LL RAMP
In the First Week…
TechoKids journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
Spend time with our product and sales experts to get up-to-speed on TechoKids’s product, marketing, and sales strategies. Attend counseling sessions with ACs with your experienced team members to gain first-hand experience in the counseling process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set the monthly, weekly, and daily Targets for the team and ensure that the targets are achieved
Maintain the sales report of the Team
Needs to own hiring and firing and deliverables of at least 10 people for TL role
Practically Driving Team to work in the bracket from 11.00 AM - 12.00 Late Night
You'll provide a vision to your team members and drive sales conversions while keeping an eye on their overall career growth and happiness.
You'll conduct team meetings and evaluations along with training sessions to inspire your team and improve its performance.
You'll hold your team members accountable for weekly/ monthly/ quarterly meetings and subscription targets.
Involved in a lot of calling on the phone for negotiation and objection handling
Good communication skills - Voice Modulation, Clear Pronunciation
Experience in Data Analysis.
Requirement:
Experience of at least 1- 2 yrs as a Team Manager in the B2C Segment. A preferred candidate who has experience in Education sales

Any Degree
0- 5 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience is preferable. Freshers can also apply.
