Job Title: React JS Support Engineer
Work Mode: Remote
Location: India
Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for React.js applications.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to user interface and functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify product improvements.
  • Debug and resolve bugs reported by users.
  • Participate in training sessions for clients on software use.
  • Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
  • Implement changes and updates to enhance user experience.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
  • Gather user feedback to inform development strategies.
  • Assist in the integration of APIs and backend systems.
  • Monitor application performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide insights for potential features and enhancements.
  • Assist in maintaining technical documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in React.js development and support.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus.
