(Position) Poste: Responsable d’agence Travaux Energies Renouvelables

(Location) Lieu: Morges (Suisse)

Vos fonctions:

Vous êtes responsable de l’agence travaux au niveau humain, financier et technique.

Vous êtes garant de la bonne application de la politique de l’entreprise : qualité, sécurité, achats, technique, RH …

Vous piloterez l’activité en définissant les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des chantiers. Vous établirez les budgets par affaire et serez garant du contrôle des coûts et également force de proposition en matière d’innovation technique en lien avec le BE national.

Vos compétences:

5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du photovoltaique en Suisse
2 ans d’expérience requise en tant que Manager d’équipe

Vous détenez des capacités managériales et savez communiquer tout en étant à l’écoute des autres. Vous disposez également d’une très forte capacité d’adaptation et de réactivité.

En tant que décideur, vous faites preuve de rigueur financière et technique tout en sachant conduire en toute sécurité vos équipes à la réalisation des chantiers
