Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must have experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate,
Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with SharePoint Online Development and PnP templates.
• Must have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST API.
• Architect and build software solutions using SharePoint.
• Perform development tasks on SharePoint projects.
• Collaborate effectively with other project resources including client team members.
• Development experience in SharePoint technologies (SharePoint Online).
• Create / update SharePoint team site templates and modern webparts using SPFX
framework based on business line and market sector needs.
• Experience in developing detailed programming specifications, user interface designs,
prototypes, system interfaces, writing and/or generating code.
• Perform testing of SharePoint Online sites or components as developed by the Team.
• Technical Document Writing, user guides, & training material development for various
aspects of the SharePoint implementation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project standards and project methodologies.
• Make minor modifications and enhancements to SharePoint Online sites as required.
• Day to day functional support for SharePoint users Nationally.
• Create, leverage, and manage content types, site columns, lookup lists and libraries
supporting Content Managers and Site Owners.
• Investigate and where possible resolve issues identified by users in conjunction with
technical support for escalated calls from internal teams.
• Collaborate with other teams on cross-application functionality and integration of systems
and common data to support business development initiatives.
• Provide input into QA plans, QA testing and User Acceptance testing.
• Follow all defined procedures including the software development lifecycle, source control,
issue tracking and document management procedures and recommend improvement.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system installs and deployments.
• Knowledge of permissions and settings in Windows.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• University/College student or graduate in an IT/Computer Science related discipline.
• 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power
BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• 1-2 years experience with SharePoint Online Development and PnP templates.
• 1-2 years experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, and new Modern Team &
Communication Sites.
• 1-2 years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST API.
• Full understanding of SharePoint structure including site collections, sites, content types, site
columns, libraries, lists, pages, webparts, views, permissions, and search.
• Nice to have exposure to PowerShell Scripting.
• Nice to have exposure to SQL Server.
• Exposure to Agile software development lifecycle processes.
• Good time management, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an environment of multiple parallel projects and within a team
environment.
• Superior attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to work after-hours
