Looks BFSI Domain experience***

 Expertise in best practices for creating high quality software, including code reviews, source code control management, build & deployment and testing.

 Hands On development experience in general purpose programming languages.

 Java GWT, (spring / guice)

 Sybase or SQL Server T-SQL.

 Good understanding of Messaging Middleware (ex: MQ, TIBCO RV/EMS)

 Strong oral and written communication ability to both technical and non-technical audiences

 Basic knowledge and experience with financial products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives …
