Job description

Essential
 3-6 years of experience in Tech Support
 Excellent Customer Interaction skills (telephonic and email)
 Experience in testing APIs using Postman/SOAPUI
 Experience working on L2 & L3 Tech Support.
 Should have Database Query skill like: MySQL, SQL
 Ability to prioritize work under pressure Preferred
 Work requires willingness to work on a flexible timing
 Communicate with customers in a professional way
 Maintain customer support dignity to the company standards


QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Essential:
 B.Tech / B.E / MCA ( CS/ IT ) Preferred
 Prior knowledge in Tech Support
 Able to test API using Postman/SOAPUI
 Excellent communication skills (including oral, written, report writing and presentation)
 Conflict resolution/negotiation skills.
 Typing skill with speed and accuracy.
 Problem identification and solution skills.
