• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
.Good in Anlytical skills.
.Good in Design concepts and should have good exposure in Design patterns and hands on experience on usage of the same.
.Good Exposure of different Design Tools.
• Hands-on Experience on C++/VC++,MFC and COM concepts & programming skills.
.Good Knowledge on Multithreading and Socket programming.
• Very sound understanding of OS Networking concepts
• Experience with multi-threaded applications
• SDLC & Agile(Iterative) development methodology.
