Qualifications:

Experience with BMC Action Request System versions 9.x to 20.x., Proficiency in BMC Remedy ITSM configuration and administration., Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications like IBM Maximo and Lotus Notes., Familiarity with Smart Reporting and Smart IT versions 9.x to 20.x..

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support and administration for BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM applications.
  • Manage service request administration including SRD creation.
  • Configure and maintain foundation data and approval servers.
  • Oversee the upgrade and synchronization of BMC Atrium Discovery with CMDB.

Job description

Work shift- 5 pm to 2 am
    Experience on BMC Action Request System 9.x,18.x,19.x,20.x Development/Customization
·       BMC Remedy ITSM 9.x,18.x,19.x,20.x Configuration and Administration
·       Foundation data Configuration
·       Approval Server Configuration
·       Remedy knowledge Management
·       Service Level Management
·       Service Request Management Administration such as SRD creation, SRD creations with AIF .
·       Installation, Upgrade, Customization, Administration and Support of BMC Remedy AR System along with ITSM Suit and applications, Mid-Tier
·       Integrations with third party applications like IBM Maximo, IBM Websphere, xMatters, Lotus Notes.
·       Smart Reporting 9.x,18.x,19.x,20.x
·       Smart IT 18.x,19.x,20.x
·       DSO, Email Engine, Web Service, REST API’s
·       Atrium Core 9.x,18.x,19.x,20.x , Asset Management, Reconciliation ,Normalization , Spoon Job creation activities
·       Upgrade, Administration and Support of BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) tool and Synchronization of ADDM with CMDB
