  • Provide technical support for the Timetabling & Scheduling module.
  • Handle support tickets related to Scientia’s Syllabus+ timetabling solution.
  • Resolve user queries through MS Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms.
  • Document ticket resolutions and prioritize requests to meet defined SLAs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Skill: Oracle SQL, Oracle PLSQL
Description –
Any candidate should know Banner, Kinetic Software as well as Syllabus.


Must have –
Need to know the Scientia Enterprise Suite of software
● Skill Set - Oracle - SQL/PLSQL. Oracle Forms.
● Responsible to work under Timetabling & Scheduling module and will be handing technical support related activities.
● He/she will be dealing with any support tickets that relate Scientia’s Syllabus+ timetabling solution. If he/she also have experience of
other, HE related software then that would be good.
● Understand and resolve user queries over MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
● Prioritising the requests with users to meet the defined SLA’s.
● Documenting ticket resolutions and responses for client as well as internal teams.
● Experience working with UK customers will be an added advantage.
● He/she will be working standalone along with a senior manager as customer don’t have much support from Scientia (the supplier).
● Proficient in English speaking and good communication skills to manage face to face Interaction with users and stakeholders.
● Nice to have experience in Ellucian’s Banner product.
