2-5 years of experience in the HR domain, Proficiency in HR benefits administration and workforce management, Strong skills in data management using Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage employee life cycle activities including HR benefits and compensation administration
  • Perform system data entry in platforms like Oracle HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Communicate with clients daily to resolve HR-related issues
  • Provide client reporting and handle complex client problems effectively

Job description

Must Have
 Experience of managing employeelife cycle activities like HR Benefitsadministration, Rewards andcompensation administration, Workforce administration, , case management, helpdesk, etc.
 System data entry experience (Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.)
 Experience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look up
 Good working knowledge of MS Office
 Handle complex problems raised by client and provide solution
 Handle the client communication and client Reporting
 Excellent job organization and time management skills
 Attention to details and very good analytical skills;
 Good communication skills
 Interaction with Client daily via phone, chat and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members
