  • Conduct year-end activities such as healthcare renewals.
  • Communicate with clients daily to resolve HR-related issues.
  • Organize and report on client data and interactions.

Job description

  1. Benefits Administration – Enrolments (dental, vision, ancillary benefits, FSA/HSA), Termination, Savings or Health plans (for NA, APAC or EMEA)
  2. Life Events, Retirement (like 401K and COBRA) & Pension plans
  3. Year End Activities like Healthcare Renewals
        4.Other Benefits as per country/region
      5. Location- Kolkata

Must Have
 Experience of managing employee life cycle activities like HR Benefits administration, Rewards and compensation administration, Workforce administration, , case management, helpdesk, etc.
 System data entry experience (Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.)
 Experience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look up
 Good working knowledge of MS Office
 Handle complex problems raised by client and provide solution
 Handle the client communication and client Reporting
 Excellent job organization and time management skills
 Attention to details and very good analytical skills;
 Good communication skills
 Interaction with Client daily via phone, chat and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members
