Job description

Essential Experience: (Must have skills)
·         3-5 years of prior experience in Aspen tools – IP21, GRM, Aspen SQL, Batch record processing & A1PE
·         Understanding of PLC and SCADA programming
·         Should be strong in database (Oracle /SQL) querying and writing stored procedures
·         Experience on Windows/UNIX application environment and understanding of client-server / distributed computing concepts
·         Basic understanding of session virtualization concepts, exposure to Citrix working environments
·         Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to multiple systems and support multiple business groups
 
Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills)
·         Familiarity with life sciences(Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology
·         Development and troubleshooting experience on web applications built on the Microsoft .NET framework(ASP, VB, C#)
·         Development and troubleshooting experience with MS SQL Server (2008, 2005, 2000)
·         Good understanding of Microsoft IIS/Web Services (IIS 6.0, IIS 5.0)
·         Experience working with tools like Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Microsoft Visual Interdev, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Developer, Toad
·         Experience in setting up and managing application environments
·         Mindset to support business critical applications
 
Educational Qualifications
 
UG - B.Tech /B.E. or other equivalent technical qualifications
