Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon
· This role is a combination of 60% of QA projects and 40 % of Instructional Design profile.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Understand the learning solution design and create effective training materials that map to the client’s business needs.
· Review course content for instructional design, content flow, learning effectiveness, language errors etc. to ensure high quality content is delivered for global audience
· Exposure to testing eLearning products for SCORM on SCORM Cloud or SCORM testing tool such as SCORM Player;
· Closure and resolution of bugs with the development team
· Design and develop training material using a wide range of learning modalities including Instructor-led training, web-based training, virtual training, simulations, facilitator and participant guides.
· Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, media teams and other identified stakeholders to support improvements to the learning material.
· Identify various visualization elements to enhance the training material and support the Media/Graphics Design team by providing detailed visualization notes.
· Provide support in developing standards and templates for the proposed learning solution.
· Perform quality checks on the training deliverables to meet the standard quality benchmarks.
· Perform overall testing of the product on LMS.
· Log defects effectively in a proper tabulated manner and maintain the defect data.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Education- Graduate/Post Graduate.
· Professional Background – Desired B.E or B.Tech in CS/IT/EC.
· 2-6 years of experience in instructional design, content development with an understanding of training and design strategy.
· Experience in telecom industry or working in projects related to telecom.
· Knowledge about networking elements, 5G, 4G, routers will be an added advantage.
· Expertise in industry standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate / Captivate / Lectora / Camtasia and SAP Enable Now / WalkMe etc. and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools.
· Experience in working with global teams.
