Hands-on experience working with ShareGate / Metalogix
Hands-on experience working with SharePoint SQL DB Migration
Hands-on experience migrating SharePoint Sites
Strong experience in SharePoint (SharePoint 2013 / SharePoint 2019 / SharePoint Online)
Ability to develop SharePoint workflows & also troubleshoot the same
Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodology
Strong design and implementation skills in design patterns
Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint workflows & create new workflows
Basic understanding of SharePoint search
Essential skills in documentation (technical design documents, business requirement documents, runbooks etc.)
Ability to multi-task/prioritize/act in complex environments
Good Knowledge of SharePoint Server side object model, CSOM & JSOM
