Exp: 2 + Years of Relevant Exp in Ruby On Rails

JD:

Must Have:

2 Yrs of Experience in building scalable cloud based web applications on Ruby On Rails Framework.
Experience with Ruby on Rails and other standard libraries such as RSpec and Devise.
Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances.
Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts, tools like Minitest/RSpec and Sidekiq
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or comparable relational database systems.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript based UI frameworks like AngularJS, React would be a plus.
Good front-end knowledge including HTML5, CSS.
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful, code versioning tools such as Git
Continuous Deployment - Writing new application features so they can be deployed with zero downtime.
Strong ability to articulate architectures and problem statements.
Self motivated and quick learner with excellent problem solving skills.
A good team player with nice communication skills.

Good to Have:

Working Knowledge on any one of Cloud Platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google.
Knowledge of handling and management of load-balancing and high availability systems and data replications across multiple data-centres
Experience working with ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana
