Skills/Experience

Must have excellent analytical skills with a focus on finding solutions to business
problems via technology
Must have a thorough understanding of the business and its commercial, information
and technical requirements
Knowledge of designing software end-to-end, i.e. from requirements analysis to
design to implementation and to roll-out, is essential
Experience in managing software applications that solve business problems is
essential
Creative problem solving skills are essential
Must be a good communicator with the ability to persuade and influence
Experience in customer relationship management is highly desirable
Ability to continuously prioritise and manage a considerable workload
Previous experience in Software as a Service business is desirable
Clarizen knowledge is required
Advanced Excel knowledge is desirable
