Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the SAP EC Compensation module, ensuring effective implementation and user testing.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations for HR tools.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Oversee HR functions and processes related to Employee Life Cycle Management.

Job role : SAP EC(Compensation module)

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5-6 Years

Notice Period : Immediate joiner or 15 days max

Job description

  • Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
  • 5 to 6 (for Sr Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools – analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/Compensation Module.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
  • Candidate must have at least one SF Compensation End to end implementation or Support Project experience
  • Strong Hold on MS Excel is preferable
  • HR knowledge – various HR functions, processes etc
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organizations
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration.
  • Certified in Success Factors compensation is an additional advantage not mandatory!
