Key responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Salesforce.com implementations and user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain complex security models within Salesforce.
  • Lead regression and user acceptance testing for new features and updates.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce processes.

Job description

Minimum 3 years of Salesforce.com experience administering Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ or equivalent advanced degree and/or work
experience.
● Ability to troubleshoot APEX code
● Understand and configure, workflows and processes
● Demonstrated experience administrating SFDC implementation and adoption
● Ability to develop and maintain a complex security model
● Proven experience analyzing and resolving complex processes or technical
issues.
● Excellent project management skills
● Experience using Data Loader or other SFDC based data migration tools
● Experience leading regression and user acceptance testing
● Excellent influencing skills
● Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse workgroup
● Strong communication skills
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred
● SFDC Admin - 201 Certification
