Key responsibilities:

  • Develop reports and dashboards, and create and execute ATF scripts.
  • Produce weekly status reports and participate in weekly status meetings.

  • Samsung SDS is currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team to manage ServiceNow ITSM ;amp; PPM module adoption, enhancement, operations management and best practice implementation.
  • How You Will Make An Impact
  • Perform daily Administration, troubleshooting and resolution of ServiceNow environments.
  • Analyze, log and estimate all requests for incident assistance, enhancements and maintenance.
  • Configure ServiceNow applications to support customer enhancement requests.
  • Perform regular environment maintenance
  • Perform report and dashboard development
  • Create and execute ATF scripts
  • Perform data imports
  • Produce weekly status reports and participate in weekly status meetings
  • What you Will Need to succeed
  • 3~5+ years experience of overall service management with strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow modules - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management, Service Catalog/Service Request
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical skills
  • 2+ years od hands-on experience administering, configuring and development on ServiceNow platform
  • Proficient working with workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
  • 3+ years experience using JavaScript, XML, HTML and CSS
  • Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • ITILv3/v4 Foundations Certifications
  • Experience in Orchestration, Performance Analytics and LDAP, SSO/Okra and MID Servers.
  • Working knowledge of Agile
