How You Will Make An Impact
Perform daily Administration, troubleshooting and resolution of ServiceNow environments.
Analyze, log and estimate all requests for incident assistance, enhancements and maintenance.
Configure ServiceNow applications to support customer enhancement requests.
Perform regular environment maintenance
Perform report and dashboard development
Create and execute ATF scripts
Perform data imports
Produce weekly status reports and participate in weekly status meetings
What you Will Need to succeed
3~5+ years experience of overall service management with strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow modules - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management, Service Catalog/Service Request
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical skills
2+ years od hands-on experience administering, configuring and development on ServiceNow platform
Proficient working with workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
3+ years experience using JavaScript, XML, HTML and CSS
Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP
Preferred Qualifications
ITILv3/v4 Foundations Certifications
Experience in Orchestration, Performance Analytics and LDAP, SSO/Okra and MID Servers.
Working knowledge of Agile
