Key responsibilities:
Prepare mini HR master data and manage organizational management and personnel administration modules.
Gather requirements from the business and communicate them to ABAP developers for reports and interfaces.
Handle year-end activities related to Time and Payroll, including work schedule and holiday calendar configurations.
Participate in face-to-face interviews and report on Day 1 post onboarding.

Thorough understanding of SAP HCM HR module PA, OM and Time. •Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines. •Good experience on different time recording methods and practical experience in integration sap hr time management with other time recording systems. •Worked on the organizational management om and personnel administration pa modules able to prepare mini HR master data at least. •Knowledge on Dynamic action •Should have skill to work as SME for interface issues troubleshooting like IDOC, FTP and SFTP , concur, SF to EC BIB integration. •Able to take requirement from Business and convey to ABAP person for Reports, Interfaces. •Year end activities of Time and Payroll like Work schedule creation/change, Holiday calendar, Benefits related configurations. •Added advantage if worked on US based standard payroll/no payroll integrations like ADP, Equifax, Garnishment and BSI. •Added advantage if have worked on SuccessFactors EC. •ABAP debugging skills will help to project. •Have experienced on SNOW, change procedure, FS creation etc. Resource need to ready for F2F Intv at IBM location based on account request and Day 1 reporting post OB.
