Job description

Oversee and drive OT security remediation in the region by partnering with multiple functions such as; Manufacturing operations, IT Networking, IT Infrastructure and IT support.
Ensure cybersecutiy readiness for new OT projects, which requires moving projects from the conceptual/definition phases, to launch. Success depends on strong leadership skills (running efficient meetings, driving accountability for task completion, and working through difficult technical decisions when there is no consensus).
Perform manufacturing cybersecurity assessments. Tasks include data collection, onsite audits, and coordinate and influence local manufacturing and IT teams.
Meet with 3rd parties to align on applicable security approaches and be accountable for the piloting and roll out of improved cybersecurity.
Routinely self evaluate methodologies and ask what could work better or be more effective.
Periodically check to validate that cybersecurity controls are being implemented in an effective and sustainable manner.
Understand the differences between OT and IT, take an active role in educating others and consensus building.
Lead or participate in architecture reviews.
Assist Security Operations in cybersecurity incidents investigations.
Participate in OT cybersecuity tabletop exercises.
Stay current on the latest OT security technology and trends.
All other duties and projects as assigned.
