Job description

Experience-8 to 12 Yrs
Location- remote as of now(Bangalore or Gurgoan)
Notice period-Immediate to 15 days)

  • Title – Team Lead Talent Acquisition
  • Shift Timings – 6:00 pm IST to 4:00 am IST (to cover few additional region adhoc work and Costa Rica overlap) – candidate should be flexible with time, in case this has to change in future
  • Work Location – Gurgaon or Bangalore (Remote for now) – this role will need to call people in Costa Rica (internal / external)
  • Notice Period – Immediate
  • Excellent Communication
  • Should have experience working in corporate preferable and hardcore Recruitment experience (NO small firm where they have mix role of HRBP, Admin, Ops, etc.)
  • Should work independently
  • Should manage senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on with end-to-end recruitment
  • Work with recruiters to ensure the hiring is in smooth manner and maintain documentation
  • Handle escalations, if any
  • Take responsibility and accountability of the entire Hiring process
  • Weekly / Monthly publishing reports
