Shift Timings – 6:00 pm IST to 4:00 am IST (to cover few additional region adhoc work and Costa Rica overlap) – candidate should be flexible with time, in case this has to change in future
Work Location – Gurgaon or Bangalore (Remote for now) – this role will need to call people in Costa Rica (internal / external)

Excellent Communication
Should have experience working in corporate preferable and hardcore Recruitment experience (NO small firm where they have mix role of HRBP, Admin, Ops, etc.)
Should work independently
Should manage senior stakeholders
Hands-on with end-to-end recruitment
Work with recruiters to ensure the hiring is in smooth manner and maintain documentation
Handle escalations, if any
Take responsibility and accountability of the entire Hiring process
Weekly / Monthly publishing reports
