Sales Force - BA The associate should follow Singapore's timings and holiday calendar.
Responsibilities
● Document down business processes using various models (e.g. VSM, BPM, etc.) to help identify wastage and/or process pain points.
● Work closely with all stakeholders to re-engineer and optimise Shop Back’s business processes with different business tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and more.
● Drive internal product roadmaps (e.g. Salesforce), balancing the business needs of different teams.
● Design scalable solutions that allow us to extend solutions with agility to new business units and markets.
● Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate business solutions with our proprietary backend systems.
● Train users and drive adoption.
● Support stakeholders to monitor business metrics through the creation of reports and
dashboards
● Support and coach junior team members to guide them towards team objectives
