Job description

Location: PAN India

More than 12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with hands on experience and handling large and complex engagements which includes all the flavors of SAP components including both ABAP and Java stacks.
Experience in Solution Manger activities.
Experience in Windows, AIX, Linux Operating systems
Experience in Oracle, SQL, Sybase and DB2 databases.
Experience in performing HANA migrations and S/4 Conversions - preferrable
Experience in SAP version Upgrades and OS/DB Migrations - preferrable
Experience in working with Global team and Client Technical and Infrastructure teams on System set up and BASIS Administration activities across different SAP Components.
Well versed with/ Experienced in Fiori administration

Developed Roadmaps for Enterprise applications, Business intelligence, mobility, cloud and infrastructure.
Promoted a culture to adopt best Business practices to simplify the IT landscape.
Formulated secure and cost-effective IT strategies and solutions that streamlined operations, reduced costs and optimized Business model.


Management and Leadership



Experience in hiring, managing and developing team of high performers.
Managed team with more than 10 resources conducting performance reviews, providing guidance and set performance goals for each individual to reach their full potential.
Collaborated with Onsite and Offshore clients to build a cohesive IT environment.


Continuous Improvement

Led projects to deliver as per Business objectives and strategy in a cost effective manner while maintaining architecture and technology standards.
Experience in driving the teams to improve quality and system performance, modularize applications and maintain SLAs.
Good inter-personnel skills to maintain relationship internally and across departments to gain buy-in support and propel key initiatives.
