The Client Delivery team ensures clients transition smoothly to using the company's products and services by building strong relationships, providing clear guidance, and continuously monitoring progress and satisfaction.  The team also facilitates communication between the client and internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and gathers feedback to improve both the onboarding process and the product itself.  This leads to higher client satisfaction and long-term retention, which is crucial for sustainable business growth.

 

Part of the Experian family, illion Digital Tech Solutions works with many of the world’s largest organisations to help improve customer engagement and lower churn by designing, building and managing multi-channel contact strategies, primarily within the Bill Payment and Collections space.

 

The Business Analyst supports the illion Digital Tech Solutions Client Delivery team, by working with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse, organize, and document business requirements for system workflows and reports. Use knowledge of functional requirements to help with the design of the solution. Work with technical teams to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements. Complete post implementation analysis to ensure the deliverables implemented are working effectively and efficiently, benefits are realised and making any necessary recommendations to improve performance.

In the context of the Business Analyst role, "work that matters" revolves around ensuring clients have a positive and successful experience with the company's products and services. This includes:

  • Support projects of all sizes, working with new and established clients to deliver new solutions and new features.
  • As well as supporting internal projects as required, working exclusively with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients to fully understand and capture requirements to define the solution.
  • Attend workshops and lead requirement discussions both in-person onsite at client locations and remotely.
  • Communicate information of a technical nature that can be easily understood by non-technical audiences.
  • Define, analyse and clearly document requirements, ensuring documentation is produced and maintained to a high standard to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Liaise with the development team to ensure requirements are fully understood and answer any queries raised.
  • Problem solve and identify alternative solutions to overcome requirements that are not technically or financially feasible.
  • Support with the technical setting up of the solution.
  • Review formal testing results to validate the solution has behaved as per the agreed requirements.
  • Assist with tackling user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT).
  • Assist with post go live performance reviews of the system to evaluate success and make recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Act as a general consultant on all requirement and technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client delivery, client success, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 3 years + experience in a business analyst role.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development or web technologies.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
