Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Fractional CFO with deep experience in digital marketing, media, and ad tech, ideally with a strong understanding of technology-driven business models. This strategic finance leader will collaborate closely with the executive team and be supported by a high-performing internal accounting and bookkeeping team. The role requires both high-level strategic oversight and hands-on execution to fuel continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance modeling to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Actively structure and manage ongoing capital raises, investor engagement, and the financial readiness required for each stage of growth.
  • Provide financial leadership and due diligence support across M&A activity, partnership development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee cash flow, scenario planning, financial risk management, and long-term capital strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, vendors, and partners, to ensure financial compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver actionable insights, board-level reporting, and financial narratives that support rapid decision-making and business scaling.
Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Senior finance leadership or CFO experience in ad tech, digital media, or technology companies (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in supporting fundraising, capital strategy, and M&A in fast-growth environments.
  • Strong grasp of media buying dynamics, agency economics, and SaaS/recurring revenue models.
  • Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required.
