Description

  

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Artiva HCx Developer will be primary responsible for the administration of the Artiva HCx applications. The Artiva HCx Developer will work closely with Operations, Client Services, and Compliance to ensure all business requirements are being achieved and make any recommendations on process improvements. 


MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Designs,      tests and develops programs or configurations for the Artiva environment
  • Reviews      and modifies, as appropriate, programming and configurations for the Artiva      environment
  • Uses analysis      techniques to identify and resolve problems.
  • Work      with internal and external clients to provide thorough, accurate results.
  • Work      collaboratively with data centers, vendors, and internal and external      customers.
  • Identify      measures or indicators of system performance and the actions necessary to      improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the system.
  • Consult with      management to ensure agreement on system principles.
  • Develop, document      and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality      standards.
  • Determine      how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and      the environment will affect outcomes.

  • Review and analyze logs,      alerts, and performance indicators to locate code problems, and correct      errors by correcting code.
  • Lead      and/or assist with application projects including but not limited to system      migrations, mergers and conversions.
  • Abide by      all policies as outlined within Revco Solutions’ Employee Handbook.
  • Adhere      to and be compliant with FDCPA, FCRA, FACTA, HIPAA, Regulation E, Regulation      F, TCPA and other applicable federal, state and local laws as well as      company policies and procedures


Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Finvi’s Artiva HCx collection software      
  • Experience with Artiva Web Interface
  • Thorough knowledge of Artiva scripting language
  • Experience working with Version Manager
  • Experience with designing and building custom      workflows
  • Cache Scripting experience preferred 
  • Experience      integrating/migrating systems
  • Broad knowledge of the laws regulating the      collection industry (FDCPA, FCRA, FACTA, HIPAA,      Regulation E, Regulation F, TCPA, etc.)
  • Understanding      of the healthcare industry, such as denials and insurance business
  • Excellent skills in decision making, time      management, organization, and communication. 
  • Strong      project management and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes with      ease.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information and      evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative      working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and      work well with peers, superiors, and subordinates. 
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes with      ease.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred      and/or 10+ years of previous experience
Salary Description
$120k-$140k per year
