Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Manager, SDR to develop our outbound strategy for Ensora Health and lead our Sales Development Representatives. This role is responsible for developing a strategy to drive outbound as a significant lead source by selecting tools, building processes, and collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to train and coach the existing sales team and hire and manage their own SDR team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in sales or business development, and a deep understanding of outbound lead generation strategies. 

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on training and coaching the sales team in outbound strategy and execution 
  • Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs and monitor performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

Process & Strategy 

  • Evaluate and implement tools needed for success execution 
  • Build processes and best practices to deliver industry leading outbound performance 
  • Develop and optimize outreach messaging (email, call scripts, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on ideal customer profiles and lead qualification criteria
  • Analyze and report on team performance using Salesforce.com and Outreach.io 
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure smooth lead handoff and feedback loops
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure campaign alignment and content effectiveness
  • Maintain close communication with Product and Customer Success teams for ongoing customer insights

Qualifications

  • 3 + years of experience managing SDRs or inside sales teams
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing outbound sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Highspot)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B  sales
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry particular Mental & Behavioral Health and Rehab Therapy 
  • Background in sales enablement or training
