Ansell is looking for an Payroll Analyst to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in overall administration and maintenance of the Time and Attendance (T&A) System. Research, analyze, and resolve payroll issues as they occur.

What your role will be?
- Audit monthly headcount report against ADP and Oracle to identify any discrepancies.
- Train employees/supervisors in the ADP payroll system, handle new employee registrations and assign supervisor.
- Review semi-monthly timecards for accuracy, completeness, and approval. Work with both employees and supervisors to resolves issues.
- Prepare Oracle reports to facilitate leave usage audits.
- Conduct quarterly/annual system audits to maintain data integrity across ADP, John Hancock, and Oracle.
- Complete US employment verifications and assist with wage garnishments.
- Create and calculate overtime adjustment payroll reports (i.e., bonus payrolls)
- Tabulate employee annual taxable value of company leased vehicles for W-2 reporting. Audit information provided from Finance and submit year end reporting to Payroll Manager.
- Creation and Distribution of monthly/quarterly reports: Headcount, Nevada Modified Business Reports, Bureau of Labor Service Reports for Arizona and Florida, Washington Labor & Insurance Reports and ACA Reporting.
- Submit and create invoices in Baseware program.
- Work with the payroll and tax department collectively to identify and resolve issues with ADP, various State and Federal Agencies.
- Strong knowledge of current applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
- Process semi-monthly payroll in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- 3+ years’ payroll experience with a thorough knowledge or payroll administration, in-depth understanding of all rules, regulations, processing procedures, accounting methods and control systems.
- Experience in multi-state, ADP and Oracle preferred.
