The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of closing & exceeding sales quotas. You need to be personable, passionate, self-motivated, and committed to identifying clients’ needs and delivering appropriate solutions leveraging our full suite of products and services. You will participate in every stage of the sales process; from top-of-funnel through close and initial onboarding.


What You Will Do

  • Close new business that meets ARR target
  • Develop & execute sales plan to grow share of market in assigned territory
  • Continually prospect to add new viable accounts
  • Foster trusted relationships with prospective government employees
  • Coordinate complex sales
  • Consultative, client-centric, solution-oriented sales
  • Create delighted & referenceable clients 
  • Deliver client proposals, RFP responses, & demos
  • Maintain opportunity pipeline at 5x ARR quota
  • Maintain sound eCRM hygiene & deliver accurate quarterly forecasts
Requirements

 What you Will Need to Succeed

  • Proven track record of identifying & closing new business
  • Ability to build personal relationships with government prospects and clients
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in government and/or payments market
  • Ability to work remotely & travel up to 50% - 70%
  • Bachelor’s degree
