****Average salary is $47,616.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** 


We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team! You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.


A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist 

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 6am to 3pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
