Associate QA Tester

We are looking to welcome a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to our Solutions team! Internally, this role will be titled Quality Assurance, Associate.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing programs to ensure all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements
• Ensuring adequate product testing prior to implementation
• Devising improvements to current processes and procedures
• Developing models of possible future configurations
• Administering problem management process, including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution
• Devising improvements to current procedures
• Performing work-flow analysis and recommending quality improvements
• Making recommendations regarding the acquisition and/or implementation of software to increase information systems efficiency

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or 1+ year of applicable experience
• SQL scripting skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients
• Ability to find and attach appropriate system logs to defects

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Mission:

RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $60,000 - $65,500. However, it’s possible for an individual to be hired at a salary outside of this range.
