Our team is growing, and we have an exciting 1-year contract opportunity available for a Bilingual Administrative Support professional. The successful candidate will be working remotely and can be located anywhere in Canada.

Job Description

As the Administrative Support, you will be responsible for ensuring reports and daily incoming demands are filed within our internal systems. In addition, you will help us improve our filing processes. Ideally, you will have experience in data entry, filing and customer service in a previous role. This position will report to the Manager, Product and Data Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File requests from internal customers into Sharepoint system
  • Data entry into the Sharepoint team site
  • Improve the organizational system for the Product and Pricing team
  • Help with the administration of a ticket system and assign tasks to the right person
  • Help with the creation of weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain vendor contact information
  • Assist with administrative tasks on request
  • Enter the team's vacation in our system

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive outlook and ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
  • Proficiency in Word and Outlook
  • Excel proficiency

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual communication is required (French and English)
  • Microsoft Sharepoint experience

Salary: 45000 to 50000 yearly
