Job Description

The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for managing renewals and retention of an assigned set of accounts. Other responsibilities include driving ongoing adoption, processing up-sells, identifying cross-sells, and working with other teams within the company to identify ways we can improve the our customer experience.

Responsibilities

Managing the post-sales journey of a selected customer group from product launch to expansion and support to contract extension
Proactively addressing the customer group to strengthen product understanding and loyalty
Creating meaningful product presentations
Processing customer inquiries and obtaining feedback
Close collaboration with other teams, e.g. support, finance, content services, marketing and product
Identifying additional up- and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

You enrich our team with:

Strong written and oral knowledge of both German and English

1-3 years of experience in customer success management, account management or comparable experience with a high proportion of customer contact

Your professional demeanor and the ability to actively listen to and understand customers

Smart negotiation skills and good presentation skills

Your independent working style and high problem-solving orientation
