  • Define target audience segments, positioning, and value propositions to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Identify and act on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to optimize go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Events, and Sales to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
  • Work closely with Business Unit leadership and Sales teams to drive marketing and sales alignment, ensuring strategic collaboration on growth opportunities.
  • Oversee third-party activities such as content syndication and webinars, managing external partnerships to drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and pipeline growth.

Team Leadership & Performance Optimization

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring executional excellence across all marketing programs.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve growth targets.
