Job Description

As part of the broader ES Sales team, the role will develop new opportunities for our  Mobile Water Solutions Business, utilising Veolia’s large fleet of water treatment assests and primarily in the mining and municipal industries across Oceania. The role will be directly responsible for East Coast Sales and support other regions (e.g. WA and NZ) delivering timely and robust solutions utilizing strong  technical understanding and working knowledge of water treatment solutions and  technologies.   

This is an Autonomous role with a  high level of responsibility, supported by strong Commercial and technical team and is a performance based sales role aligned to sales commission.   Regular travel requirements throughout Australia with preference for Qld based location.        

Responsibilities: 

● Establish long term relationships at all levels of a customer with focus on solution based selling  

● Ability to understand and resonate with the needs of our customers in relation to  VWTS business capabilities.  

● Focus on Business Development and growth within mining and municipal space 50% BD Growth focus / 50% Account Management  

● Focus on utilising technical water technologies expertise and solutions to drive fleet rentals. 

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or suitable Trades certification with
experience within Water Industry
● Strong technical and working undertaking of water treatment technologies, equipment and
chemical applications.
● Ability to travel locally approximately ~30% of the time
● Operate independently and deliver business results while demonstrating leadership
through action.
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Comply with all regulatory, customer & Veolia WTS policies
