We're looking for a Department Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day operations and administrative processes. You’ll manage reporting, help engineers and managers stay organized, and ensure that our department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description

Qualifications
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Advanced English proficiency, as English is the primary language used within the company
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills to support accurate data reporting and ensure data integrity
  • High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to delivering precise and high-quality work
