Job Description

Identifies project objectives and defines scope
Ultimately responsible for project success
Project stakeholders (identify, manage based on their role in project success)
Project issues and risks
Project dependencies inside and outside of the department
Project Roadmaps (manage matrix resources, timeline, milestones)
Anything else what falls between the cracks and hindering project success
Align teams' efforts to bring the right solutions
Integration of various project and components into 1 program
Work closely with product owners of project/components

Qualifications

At least 5 years of commercial experience
Experience working with or within enterprise product companies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Cultural awareness (India, Germany, Ukraine)
Strong organizational change management skills
Strong operational management skills
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Strong experience in Agile
Familiarity with Big Data and Data Product concepts
Experience in driving several initiatives simultaneously, from initiation to closure
Experience in project initiation process
Knowledge and experience in SWOT analysis
Strong practical experience in risk analysis and management
Experience in identifying and managing opportunities
Advanced level of English
