We are looking for an ambitious and creative Sales Specialist to contribute to the development of Sigma Software University. You will become part of an expert Learning and Development team, promoting our educational products across Ukrainian and international markets. Our ideal candidate is a determined personality with strong dedication and a keen sense of responsibility, who can lead projects and contribute to the growth of an educational platform. We are looking for someone with proficiency in sales, ideally within the IT domain or educational products, as well as have excellent communication skills in Ukraininan and English. 

Job Description
  • Conduct the full sales cycle 

  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, understanding competitor activity, and researching customer needs 

  • Organize and conduct offline and online meetings with potential clients 

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders 

  • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to tailor learning solutions to specific business needs 

  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documents 

  • Participate in educational events, conferences, and networking activities to promote Sigma Software University services 

  • Maintain CRM system and ensure timely updates of all activities 

  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement 

  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps 

Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in sales 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with a solid understanding of sales process management 

  • Confident use of AI tools to enhance sales performance 

  • Commitment to continuous learning and ongoing development of AI-related skills to improve efficiency and stay competitiveAbility to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken) 

 

WOULD BE A PLUS 

  • Experience in the IT sector or educational products
