AWP Safety is in search of a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst who possesses a profound expertise in business process reengineering and systems analysis. This role is essential in bridging business needs with technical solutions, focusing on optimizing and redefining business processes through extensive requirement gathering and system design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and be adept in writing user stories, understanding both functional and non-functional requirements, and conducting various test cycles such as SIT, user acceptance testing. A significant part of this role will include working on a Microsoft Dynamics Quote-to-Cash ERP implementation with a strong understanding of F&O functional expertise and a solid understanding of Dual-write. This function reports to the Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation: $150K - $185K + 15% AIP Bonus
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
