The Role

Kyndryl is dedicated to driving excellence and innovation in our processes and supporting technologies. We are looking for a dynamic Process Owner to join our team and lead our transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary:

As a Process Owner, you will play a pivotal role in leading the identification, planning, and implementation of significant digital and process improvements within the Talent Supply Chain. You will be responsible for mapping, overseeing, and enhancing end-to-end processes to align with Kyndryl's goals and drive process excellence.

Your role will be critical in helping Kyndryl plan and implement substantial changes, such as digital transformations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring process adherence and excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver, influential communicator, and data-driven decision-maker who thrives in complex environments and can influence cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Process Ownership:

  • Understand, document, and map the end-to-end process.
  • Define process goals, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure the process aligns with organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Manage process performance and metrics.

Transformation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor process changes.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness.
  • Identify systemic inefficiencies and implement scalable, data-driven solutions to enhance quality, cost management, and cycle time.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving techniques to optimize workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate process changes and improvements effectively.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and questions.
  • Develop and execute change enablement strategies to drive adoption and sustainment of key process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, and governance leaders to influence process transformation.
  • Partner with HR Change Management teams to align messaging and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to negotiate priorities, define strategic objectives, and align initiatives with broader business transformation goals

Process Adherence and Governance:

  • Ensure processes are followed and documented.
  • Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Leadership and Motivation:

  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve process excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.

Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, project management, and HR transformation.

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP).

  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

  • Expertise in HR technology, process automation, and digital transformation strategies

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.

  • Experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement.

  • Familiarity with Workday and their application in business processes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills applying Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Agile or other methodologies.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

  • Experience with process improvement tools (e.g., Visio, MS Projects).

  • Ability to lead, drive, and enable change initiatives.

  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma), change management, or specific technologies (e.g., Workday Core HCM, Recruit & Projects) can be advantageous.

  • Ability to work in virtual or distributed teams around the world and experience with global integrated delivery models.

  • Ability to define strategic objectives, negotiate priorities, and drive execution through structured project management.

  • Experience using Agile tools (Kanban, Scrum) and project tracking systems to ensure accountability and visibility.

  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational and cultural transformation, influencing at all levels of the business.
