Job Description:

Merkle is looking for a dynamic Director, Workfront Enterprise Solutions to drive market expansion and own Workfront practice project delivery. As a part of the Content Technology Leadership team, you will work with senior leadership to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, provide thought leadership on Workfront, maintain partnerships with Adobe product stakeholders, support new business opportunities, and manage the Workfront project delivery team.

You will be the Workfront subject matter expert and have deep-rooted experience with Workfront and related technologies, hands-on experience building Workfront solutions and exceed the product expectations for our clients.

This is a remote position, reporting to VP, Content Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage and communicate the vision for the Workfront Practice across Americas, while ensuring understanding across the practice groups / technology sub-disciplines and domains.
  • You will be a Subject Matter Expert on high-profile Workfront engagements: consult directly with our clients and help steer high priority relationships.
  • You will support Workfront new business pitches and client development / cross sell opportunities.
  • You will establish a Workfront learning agenda to enrich the community by overseeing industry trends, while focusing on new technology and solutioning at the intersection of our industry-leading capabilities, in consideration of the CS overall solution roadmap and go-to-market plans.
  • You will work with our practice leads to create internal IP that can be adapted/adopted across the discipline to accelerate time to market while boosting brand and delivery consistency.
  • You will oversee and contribute to Workfront thought leadership plans and roadmaps with the our leadership teams to build the Merkle CX brand with a consistent voice and tone across multiple channels including digital, corporate comms, and event engagement.
  • You will develop mechanisms to enhance the quality of Technology work across Merkle Americas for Workfront (e.g. Hands-on delivery, pitches, training programs, recurring work share meetings)
  • You will work with Client Finance and practice leads to develop Workfront cross-practice tracking, reporting for staffing and utilization.
  • You will manage the Workfront practice team inside of CX&C, including career advocacy, team development, and daily oversight of our project delivery of the Workfront portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of postgraduate work experience; success and progressively increasing responsibilities within the technology space, including consulting organizations, top-tier agencies, or internal marketing team organizations.
  • 3+ years of direct Workfront leadership experience (Workfront Planning, Core, and Fusion)
  • Workfront integration experience in modern marketing technologies (including CMS, DAM, Creative Platforms, etc.)
  • Demonstrated history of public presentation and engagement within the Workfront community
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer, IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or similar

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,650. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
