Project Manager

📍 Location: Remote
⏳ Work Type: Full-time, flexible hours

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning plans into action, and find joy in keeping things organized and on track? Are you passionate about defending life, family, and freedom? If so, we’re looking for someone like you to join our team as Project Manager.

At CitizenGO, every project has the potential to shape culture and policy worldwide. As Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping those projects moving—from coordinating across departments to helping launch efficient systems and tracking campaign impact.

This is a cross-functional role at the heart of the Global Campaigns Department, ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive person who wants to make a tangible difference.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you’ll serve as a key operational link between our campaigners, managers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that strategic projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver results. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will help bring structure, focus, and momentum to our work across the Global Campaigns Department.

You’ll manage timelines, build systems, track performance, and coordinate between departments to ensure our projects reflect the urgency and impact of our mission. From campaign workflows to executive reporting, your role is essential to helping the team stay aligned, efficient, and mission-focused.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments, is energized by big challenges, and wants their work to contribute to a cause that matters.
