As a Senior Process Excellence Associate, you will be demonstrating a strong set of project management skills to help support the business in the planning, management, and execution of marketing campaign projects. Your role plays a crucial role in driving speed to Market by ensuring that our project management processes, methodologies, and tools are in place to support the organization. As a Project Manager, you will lead assigned marketing projects from inception to completion and collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain visibility into marketing initiatives. You will identify milestones and schedule deadlines considering production timeline and will work closely with channel and department leads to identify necessary skills and resources for successful project completion. As system administrator, you will be responsible for the monday.com system and infrastructure, such as SSO, App integrations, workflows, automations, and monday.com marketplace apps.  

The Process Excellence team provides project management expertise, process improvements, and change management to the Marketing organization. The Process Excellence Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization and is responsible for ensuring the successful administration of Marketing’s monday.com instance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record administering monday.com with a demonstrated mindset of operational excellence, change management, and a focus on continuous improvement.   

Responsibilities:

· Manage multiple detailed project plans in the designated project management tool

· Quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions

· Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

· Anticipate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

· Make informed decisions that benefit the project and the team

· Ensure all aspects of the project are thoroughly planned and executed

· User Management: add, remove, and manage users, including assigning custom roles and working with IT to provision  

· Account Governance: set up account permissions and manage access to features on the Enterprise plan 

· Security Management: oversee security settings and ensure the account is protected 

· Billing Management: manage subscriptions and billing information 

· Workflow Design: develop and customize monday.com workflows to meet specific org needs 

· Performance Review and Analysis: receive user feedback and propose enhancements to align with evolving organizational objective and surface issues that arise to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability 

Requirements:

· 4+ years of work experience

· a working knowledge of monday.com or knowledge as administrator of another project management system (Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.)

· Adaptability: flexibility, adjusting plans as needed to accommodate changes

· Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail

· Interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in non-technical terms  

· Team player: contribute independently and as a team member to the formulation and execution of monday.com strategies aligned with Marketing objectives 

· Detail-oriented: maintain comprehensive documentation of monday.com, procedures, and best practices 

· Responsive: respond promptly to monday.com incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize the likelihood of recurrence 

· Proven ability to successfully operate in a highly matrixed organizational system where partnership and influence are key drivers of success 

· PMP certification preferred or experience working with project management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile

· Consistent use of logical judgment when making daily decisions about assignment activities

· High tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to work cooperatively and forge relationships across multiple functional organizations 

· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical solutions
