We are currently seeking a Resource Coordinator, PCS to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Resource Coordinator at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Coordination Services (PCS) team by managing resources, scheduling, and ensuring the efficient allocation of personnel and materials to support clinical trial activities. Your work will help ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope, contributing to the overall success of clinical research operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinating the allocation and scheduling of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, for clinical trial projects.
  • Supporting project teams by managing resource requests and ensuring timely deployment of resources based on project needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resource availability and utilization, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and adjust resource assignments as project priorities evolve.
  • Providing administrative support, including preparing reports on resource usage and project status updates.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, linguistics/translation or a related field.
  • Experience in resource coordination or project support, preferably within clinical research or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple resource assignments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in resource management software or tools is a plus.
