Key responsibilities for this role include:
Critical member of the international tax team providing wide-ranging support across all international tax functions, with particular focus on international tax compliance, planning, and international tax provision support.
Review and/or prepare international tax calculations, including (but not limited to): subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, section 163(j) at the CFC level, and FTC limitation.
Review and/or prepare Pillar Two calculations, including (but not limited to): IIR, UTPR, and QDMTT.
Create and maintain schedules of post-tax reform global tax attributes of controlled foreign corporations (including E&P, tax basis, PTEP).
Review and/or prepare the international elements of the US tax return compliance function including preparation and review of forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993 and the 1118 to be included in the US federal tax return.
Train staff assisting with compliance and lead process improvement initiatives.
Maintain necessary documentation associated with FATCA on an as requested basis.
Provide support to the Global Tax Team in tax planning, tax provision, and tax compliance.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of tax experience required. Related experience and/or education may be considered.
Previous combined experience of Big Four tax department and/or Corporate tax experience of a multinational company required.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Law (LLM) license is required.
Proficient with tax software (OneSource experience preferred but not required) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, and project management skills desired. Candidate must demonstrate solid organizational skills, be willing and able to manage multiple projects with varying deliverables and work well as a team partner in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
This role has flexibility for remote work.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $152,000.00 USD.
